FINANCIAL AID OFFICE
Availability: Financial aid counselors are available on a walk-in basis
during business hours. Students no longer have to make appointments.
Eligibility: Students should meet with a financial aid counselor prior to
dropping, withdrawing, repeating courses or auditing courses as changes
schedules could affect a student’s eligibility.
Maximum Time Frame: Advisors should have a general understanding of our Maximum
Time Frame Policy, as it refers to AP courses, repeated courses, double or
triple majors etc.
UMail: Remind students to check their UMail account as that is the
only mechanism that we will communicate with them about their status.
